 Description:  

This 32' Burns Craft House Boat would make an affordable liveaboard as well as a nice weekend getaway with the ability to go cruise the river with ease while having ample room to entertain guests.

‘Summer Wind’ has been nicely restored on the interior. It is equipped with a new Phasor Diesel Generator with only 80 Hours on it! The Mercruiser 302’s have been well maintained by Uncharted Marine Services and are in good operating condition. The new carpet makes the spacious interior feel cozy and clean. The state room is located in a cuddy under the helm and features two full sized beds with a crawl space in between. It is a well lit room with two porthole windows for natural light as well as bright 110v lights. The galley has an updated fridge, a 3 burner stove with an oven, a large sink, and a microwave. There are two salon areas. The aft salon features a full sized couch, a large aft facing window, and a small dinette, where the forward salon is in close quarters with the lower helm. It features a wrap around, cushioned bench with large windows giving passengers a panoramic view. Aft of the bench seating there is a step ladder that leads to the fly bridge and upper helm. The upper deck of this burns craft feels solid and provides a vast deck for providing entertainment to guests while being shaded from the sun with the updated Bimini Tops. The bilge and engine compartment have updated through hull fittings and seacocks with new hoses. Mooring lines and fenders are included with the boat.
